Change is a process that happens one step at a time. What’s your next step?
What to Expect
Soul Care coaching uses an integrative approach to find soul heath. Your needs are different in each season of your life. Soul Care Coaching sessions and resources are designed to help you wherever you are in your life to stay on course and to finish well.
Soul Care sessions will focus on the person, not the problem. We believe transformation and change happen through asking questions that lead to discovery. Questions ignite curiosity and open us up to new opportunities. When we take time to ask questions and reflect, it creates space for us to move forward. Living these new insights, not just knowing them leads to lasting change.
I am here to come alongside women who are eager to make an investment in their personal growth and development by identifying, acknowledging, and leveraging their unique design to impact the lives of others.

Wellness Educator
Increase your knowledge of health and wellness, along with removing obstacles that have stopped you in the past. Wellness includes body, mind, and spirit. We take time to explore all three components in our sessions.
These sessions are to provide educational materials to help you on your wellness journey. They are not to treat, prescribe or diagnosis. Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
